Carlos Eastham

Carlos Ray Eastham, 79, a resident of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life at Science Hill, Kentucky on Sunday evening, March 27, 2011 surrounded by his loving family.

Carl was born September 20, 1931 at Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late James Eastham and Stella Mae Cook Eastham. He was united in marriage to Christine Burton Eastham at Fishing Creek Baptist Church in Nancy, Kentucky on July 10, 1960. He is survived by his wife Christine, Somerset; one son, Craig Eastham and his wife Donna, Science Hill, Kentucky; one daughter, Carla Sears and her husband Norman, Shopville, Kentucky; also three grandchildren, Sabrina Yeary, Lillie Eastham and Clara Eastham. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Stella Eastham; also one brother, Billy Gene Eastham.

Carlos was a former employee of Harry's Market and retired from Crane Plumbing. He was of the Baptist faith.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am., Thursday morning, March 31, 2011 at Lange & New Bros. Funeral Home, 603 Monticello St. in Somerset with Bro. David Morris and Father Bruce Swinehart officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held Wednesday evening after 6:00 pm. at Lange & New Bros. Funeral Home. A meoeial has been established to the Duke Memorial Building Fund. Lange & New Bros. Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements by the family of Carl Eastham.
