WARD, Chad Michael (24) of LaGrange KY, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016.
He was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church, worked as an on-site coordinator with Design Homes of Louisville Inc. He was a graduate and trumpet band member from University of Louisville.
He is survived by his mother; Donna C. Lovell-Ward (Joe Goode); father, Dan Ward (Kris); sister Tina Christine Leavitt (Ryan); step sister Samantha Goode; grandmother Gladis Christine Loveless (Curtis); girlfriend Jessica Kelley.
Service will be 10 am Saturday at Covenant United Methodist Church, 909 W. Jefferson St. LaGrange. Visitation is from 2-8pm Friday at Oldham County Funeral Home, 706 W. Jefferson St. LaGrange. Committal service 1pm, Monday, January 25th at Lakeside Cemetery in Somerset, KY.
Memorials may be made to Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America 8201 Cooperate Dr. Suite 1000 Landover, MD 20785.
