Kathleen Dalton

Kathleen Dalton, age 83, of Nancy, KY, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Cumberland Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Kathleen was born on June 8, 1934 in Nancy, KY to the late Thomas Edward Johnson and Clara Dye Johnson. She was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church #2 in Nancy.

She is survived by one son, Rodney (and Sharon) Dalton of Nancy; one daughter, Vickie (and Marty) Yaden of Nancy; four grandchildren, Tamsen (and Steve) Ryan, Heather Lawhorn, Chad (and Jennifer) Yaden and Chase Yaden; seven great grandchildren, Bennett Yaden, Reilly Yaden, Bailey Ryan, Savannah Ryan, Madison Ryan, Kelsey Lawhorn and Jax Lawhorn.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Lee Dalton, who preceded her on February 6, 2003; three brothers, Ernest Johnson, Everett Johnson and Ray Johnson; two sisters, Ovaline Burkett and Maxine Weddle; and one infant sister, Juanita Johnson.

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

Her funeral service will follow on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Joseph Warren officiating. Burial will be at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
