Lowell B. Dick, age 72, of Nancy, KY, departed this life on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born on April 1, 1938 in Norwood, OH, the son of the late Ray and Hazel Tarter Dick. He was a retired inspector for Ford Motor Company, a Mason, and a member of Hopeful Baptist Church in Nancy, KY.
Mr. Dick is survived by his wife, Iva Rose Dick, whom he married on July 3, 1959 in Somerside, OH; two sons, Roger (and Leigh) Dick of Springfield, OH and Randy (and Nancy) Dick of Cincinnati, OH; a sister, Phyllis Cook of Russell Springs, KY; grandchildren, Randy Dick, Jennifer Smith, Audrey Holliday, Katie Burton, Bradley Burton, and Kyle Burton; and great grandchildren, Jake, Austin, Cloe, and Jasmine.
Preceding him death were his parents.
Visitation for Mr. Dick will be Tuesday, July 20th at 5:00 pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Highway 80, Somerset, KY. Sievers Lodge #491 will conduct masonic rites for Mr. Dick at 7:00 pm.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 21st at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Glen Richardson and Bro.Travis Strunk officiating. Burial will be in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
