Ray Cunnagin age 80 of Somerset, KY passed away on Monday October 12, 2015 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
Ray was born on February 20, 1935 in Bond, KY to the late C.D. and Polly Lakes Cunnagin. He was member of Southside Church of Christ and was the owner of Cunnagin's Cars for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, C.D. and Polly Cunnagin; one daughter, Cindy Cunnagin Alton, two sisters, June Daws and Ineda Turner; two brothers, Elbert Cunnagin and Billy Cunnagin.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-three years, Mary Sams Cunnagin; one son, Rick (Kendra) Cunnagin of Somerset; two brothers, Jurl (Kathern) Cunnagin of Somerset and Tony Cunnagin. Also survived by five grandchildren, John (Tonya) Alton of Ohio, Kelly Alton Camperman of Florida, Tia Alton of Louisville, Jordan Cunnagin of Lexington and Paige (KC) Latham of Somerset; four great-grandchildren, Lucas Alton, Lydia Alton, Ella Camperman and Ethen Camperman.
Visitation will be held on Friday October 16, 2015 after 12pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday October 16, 2015 at 2pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Shawn Bain officiating.
Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
